Welcome to part two of our interview with Johnny Mayhan when you were going to the process of selling the house.

Did anyone come up and just ask or did any realtors come to you and say, is your house haunted by any chance?

No, nothing really happened to them when we walked through. They just, and it was funny, weird little things would happen.

Like, right before one of the walks, our dog developed diarrhea all of a sudden and had an accident

all up and down the staircase going to the basement.

So it was like just little things like that would happen.

And it just seemed like he was doing everything in his power to keep people from buying that house.

When you got the house sold and you had moved on

to the next chapter of your life and you began researching

the paranormal to try and put some pieces of this puzzle together.

What was that like for you?

It was interesting because what we ended up doing was building a house out in the country.

And I had another different kind of paranormal experience when we were, after we built the house, I decided I was going to build a rock wall along the front of the house, just the way it was built.

There was going to be a huge pile of dirt there, and I thought it would be prettier if it had a retaining wall.

And so I took this huge challenge on myself. And to get a lot of the rocks,

I found an old rock wall in the backyard. And if you spent any time in New England, you see these

old rock walls separating all the properties. And this one was probably at least 100 years old

that I was tearing down. and it was kind of had

sunk into the ground but while I was there I kept feeling my ears would ring and and then I would

get a mental image of an older man with white gray hair and a beard and a work shirt and

suspenders leaning on a shovel watching me.

But he did not feel in any way negative. He felt like he was just there watching me.
