Summary
From her earliest memories, Joni Mayhan’s world was shadowed by the paranormal—literally. As a child, she saw shadows dance across her bedroom walls, heard disembodied voices, and was haunted by an eerie ringing no one else could hear. Brushed off as an overactive imagination, she learned to suppress her sensitivity—until her late teens, when the door to the other side swung open again. It wasn’t long before she found herself living in a house claimed by the hostile ghost of an old man who made it clear they weren’t welcome. That chilling experience would spark a lifelong mission: uncovering who these spirits are, why they attach themselves to her, and what they want.
