So, Mr. Smoke, thank you and welcome back, and I know you're extremely busy.

And one of the reasons that, in addition to all the normal reasons that we have you on the show,

but one of the reasons specifically I wanted to have you back,

is because we are seeing an increase in agents who are becoming, I think, maybe a little

bit overly cautious about the economy. A lot of agents asking us about interest rates, asking

us about if we're going to another recession, and all this. And so, you know, I assume that

because we have 100,000 normal listeners, there's probably tens of thousands of agents that are

listening that are also kind of working through the same fears.

So if you and I can deep dive in clearing the air about the fact that this is a really wonderful

and credible opportunity to be selling real estate, and we are really one of the best times
