We're joined today by Bruce Hill, a highly successful agent in the Raleigh NC marketplace with a long history and winning track record in real estate. From 2011 - 2014 Bruce's team in Virginia was the top selling team in his market.  Between 2009 and 2014 he went from a traditional re-sale modeled business to a short sale and REO business and then back again.  Each transition from one type of market to the other brought a wealth of experience and unique way of approaching business that has made Bruce the agent and coach that he is today.
