I was just got, you know, we were chatting a bit for the call, and you do have a very effective way

So let's drill down on this October housing report.

What specific things have changed since the last filing of the report?

Well, October was mainly a continuation of trends we've already been discussing.

So at the headline, I would say list prices are holding steady and inventory remains very tight.

So we saw basically no month-to-month change in our median list price, and we saw that's still up around 8% year-over-year.

And then on the inventory side, we saw the typical month-to-month seasonal decline, but in October, that also tipped us into listing counts that are beneath the
