talk with Jonathan Raymond. Jonathan Raymond is the author of Good Authority and the CEO of

Refound. Refound isn't really a consulting company. It's not a business development company. They're more of

like these cultural explorers that go into different workplaces and organizations and help

those people identify the thread that is their culture and how they how they spread that

throughout the organization focusing on a common language around accountability that works for

everybody and creating a workplace that invites high performance by embracing the whole human.

We talk about a ton of stuff that relates to where we're going because Jared actually

connected with Jonathan and brought him and his team in to do a little bit of a discovery

with Cat and Cloud.

So we have this little working relationship going.

We also talk about the book a lot. And the book's amazing because it addresses the two parts of each human.

There's the work aspect to your life and the human or personal aspect of your life. And

Jonathan believes that those things are going to be just more of what they could be. You're going to be more optimized if you can find some overlap in those, and that's really

will make people shine.

So it's really exciting to have the Refound team at Cat and Cloud at all the locations,

talking with the staff, they did a bunch of interviews, they gathered a bunch of data.

We recently reviewed the data and are excited about

implementing some of the suggestions and figuring out some ways to move through some things
