I was talking yesterday or on Saturday with Nolan Bushnell, who's the founder of Atari,

has been involved in founding think something like a hundred companies.

Yeah, I was talking to him and he's like, it is so weird, right? This is the most technical guy on

the planet, right? And he's like, I don't program anymore. I don't have to rate code anymore.

It's all there. I just click it together. What does that mean? Like, when you don't have to be,

like Nolan level technologist to build Nolan level technologies. I mean, that's mind blowing.

And that's the world that we're moving into. And that's why we've got to have these bigger

picture skills. Technology is a democratizing force. And what that means is that the capabilities

of people at the next level up are suddenly devolved. But that also means that the decision-making

skills of kings, you know, of global leaders, they now need to be pushed down, you know,

deeper into our organizations, deeper into our societies.
