there's almost an embedded education culturally around dealing with the unknown, which is kind of

constantly there for humanity, right? And much of what we do is to kind of cope with the idea of

uncertainty and that uncertainty ultimately is death, of course, you know, as humans, that's

the ultimate uncertainty. But certainly, like you said, the uncertainty of what's going to happen

tomorrow, you know, how am I going to make money? How am I going to eat? What's my neck, you know,

on a more survival level, but maybe on a more kind of evolved level, you might think, oh,

what's my career aspirations? How do I move from good to great, you know, all the kinds of

well-being and sort of wellness narratives around that? And I think in North America, we're in

some ways, maybe, you know, there's a real power to returning to sitting with uncertainty and

being comfortable with uncertainty, so that the fear, that kind of unconscious fear that's always

driving us, you know, can kind of be acknowledged.
