finally, with the one and only wedge, back from the illness, back from the new year, back from

the Christmas, Selwyn Jacey's birthday. Big times for you, Dry G, big times. Yeah, it's getting

busy, you know, just when I think it calms down, it just moves to another level.

So, but, you know, the topic that I talk about, it's got a shelf life.

So I've been really sort of advising people that if they want some sort of justice or even chance of justice

now is the time to be speaking out coming forward reporting your abusers because

when as we've seen when anything happens big news in this country the child abuse stuff won't even

make back page um so we've got this little gap in the news and it's all else that people don't take that

opportunity and do something about it, then we're going to lose that gap.

Yeah, and one thing that I would like to just, because I know we've not got a lot of time

tonight, John.

This country has a history of failing children we have institutions like the BBC with a history of failing the vulnerable and

why does it continue john why does this continue that decade after decade new reasons to fail more

horrific cases parents being told to stop calling

and stop reporting to the police like how does this continue to happen john well well people

abuse children for one reason because they can and that's it um the deeper reasons uh that they're
