It's a few days in to 2024.

How's your heart? How are you? This has been a hard few weeks for me. I mentioned to you.

My dad is sick, but there's other things coming up.

I just feel like the more willing I am to really be awake, you realize how much you've been holding on to your whole life that kind of gets stored up.

And sometimes you're in situations and you're like, why am I creating this moment where I'm like reliving this pain that I've had since I'm like seven years old?

And my husband and I had this amazing conversation yesterday and he was so

kind and he showed me such grace and he was holding my hand and he's like I am here and I can see when you're sort of

lost at sea and you're just in it and I think it just takes tremendous kindness and

and courage for someone to love you and be willing to stick and sit beside you even when you're just pushing
