Summary
On November 17th in Salt Lake City we will be holding the largest conference for post-Mormons ever assembled. The focus of THRIVEDAY will be healing, growth, and community for post-Mormons. This meeting will NOT be about criticizing or discussing the Mormon church. We are hopeful that everyone who attends will feel educated, uplifted, and empowered.

| 0:13.6 | Ex-Mormon Foundation decided to cancel their annual conference, I started feeling like progressive |
| 0:22.0 | and post-mormons needed at least one annual conference every year that they could use to form |
| 0:28.3 | community to make friendships, to connect, and to promote healing and growth. And so for a |
| 0:35.6 | couple years, I sat on that hope, I sat on that idea, and then just coincidentally, earlier this |
| 0:42.2 | year, two different supporters reached out to me and told me that they had the same idea. |
| 0:48.0 | And so, Thrive was born. We had a Thrive Retreat in June that was amazingly successful. We had about |
| 0:55.6 | 26280 people there. And we decided that Thrive was so successful that we wanted to have another |
| 1:02.7 | conference in November of 2019, on the 17th. And the design goal was specifically to have as many |
| 1:11.2 | people come as possible. So a couple underwriters stepped forward and they said, there's no profit |
| 1:16.9 | moated with this event. There's no plan for anyone to make money. We're going to price it at $15 |
| 1:23.0 | a person super low. We're going to have it at a super nice venue. And we're going to see just how |
| 1:28.0 | many people we can attract to a full day conference dedicated to healing and growth for post-mormons. |
| 1:35.8 | And so Thrive, Thrive Day was born. We secured the Salt Palace. We have secured a number of phenomenal |
| 1:43.8 | speakers and over 1200 people have already registered. We actually have capacity for more. |
