So the conversation about consent and understanding and communicating your boundaries, that's an important

one.

Yeah, and just on that topic of consent, obviously I think that consent should be introduced

into the conversation, whether it's about sex or not.

Consenting to people should have the right to consent to anything that happens to their

body or in a relationship.

And if you have kids, really talking to you, introducing that topic really early, not

about sex necessarily, but one of the examples that's often given is sometimes we tell kids

to go give someone a hug or ask them to make physical contact without asking if it's

okay with them.

And I know it might seem a little bit over the top or silly, but I think that asking kids

like, do you want to give them a hug and making it their choice and setting this precedent

of when someone touches your body, that is your choice, right?

Or setting the precedent so that when it comes to sex, that concept is much easier and
