And in February 2016 I put myself on a ketogenic diet to take control of my

metabolism. In just two and a half months I managed to reverse all my markers of

type two diabetes with diet alone. As of now I'm 80 pounds lighter with no signs of

diabetes or heart disease. Hi I'm Richard Morris in Canberra Australia and I've been

on a ketogenic diet since April of 2014. When I started was very sick with complications from

type 2 diabetes and within six months of starting ketogenic diet all of my

biomarkers of disease had disappeared. I've also lost about 80 pounds so I've completely turned my health

around. In this show is a document of my progress through katosis and Richard's

experience thriving for years in katosis. Oh yeah and hopefully that might help a few people who are curious
