Well, it goes like this. The milter foreman is in charge of a number of furnaces.

The first helper is in charge of an individual furnace.

Under him are the second helpers and the cinder snaps.

I see.

Well, how did the deaths occur?

In a number of ways, one man tumbled down a flight of stairs.

Two were killed by a crane magnet.

Another one fell from the pouring platform, and just last week one of our best men was killed in an explosion of a hot cap mold.

You better explain that one. Certain types of steel have to be capped after they've been poured
