Eric Mataxis, welcome back, Eric. I understand you were in Greece. And yes, I was in Greece. And it is so bizarre to be back. It's like I never left on the one hand. On the other hand, people tell me that other people were like hosting the show, people like Albin and Chris. And I said, what? That's not supposed to happen to see our contact show. Albin and Chris, is there any truth to this?

during any time during my absence in Greece when you could take advantage of the fact that I was

not in the country is that true yeah yeah yeah we had to bake the cookies we had to put the

coffee on we had to put packets off Sank you know because we because we were hosting. So we had to, oh, Eric, before I forget, can I thank you for my souvenir that you brought me from Greece? That was great. A whole jug of Grecian formula. And one of these faces, I think, is yours. What is that saying? The Econo jug? Yeah, the Econo jug. Yeah, the Econo drug. Yeah, the Grecian formula, when you get it in Greece, you can get it cheap because you don't have to pay customs because it's like one of those duty-free things that you can get at the airport. And man, all of my older friends are just buying it by the bucket at this point. It's incredible. Eric, we did a, we tried to do a nice job while you were gone. We were a little jealous that we

weren't in Greece with you, but we did our best. We got the feta cheese and the lamb. Can you

imagine everybody thinks when you say you're going to Greece and I said I put out some pictures

and stuff. It looks like you're on vacation.

I believe me, I was not on a vacation. It was very hard work. We're filming a documentary. I can't

tell too many details about it. But it is something I've been working on for years. I've mentioned

it on this program. It has to do with Homer and Odysseus and stuff. And it's, it's, um, our friend Seth Ward has taken it to the next level. Like he's, he's a genius director. I didn't know that because he comes across like a huge idiot like, like the three of us. But in fact, he's a genius. And, um, it was really, yes, it was really, it was amazing.

It was amazing.

Some of the footage we got is absolutely staggering, beautiful footage.

But it was weird because I knew that at the end of this whole thing, the debate between

Biden and Trump would be on.

And I thought, wait a minute, that's like 2.30 a.m. where I'm going to be. I'm going to be at the Athens airport, like, you know, to get a flight from Athens to Heathrow to come back home.

And I thought, am I going to be able to stay up, to watch this and to put it? And when the time came, let me just say, not a chance.

I had four hours sleep that night.
