I do feel that that's true and I do feel that leaning into the loss and grief of Claire has been

0:10.9

really helpful for me as a teacher to learn how to share from there and be able to access my heart

0:17.4

from there. I'd been in a couple of relationships that didn't work out,

0:21.6

and I think a lot of that was mainly because I was still grieving Claire or choosing things from a confused place.

I've experienced the most gut-wrenching pain and the most, you know, ecstatic

0:39.2

bliss that a human can experience. This is something that I think a lot of men's work misses, right,

0:45.4

is that the masculine is not in experience. It's not just fucking pounding your chest and

0:50.5

warring up unless you are able to stay connected to that which is never changing,

0:55.4

the you before you were born, right? That you is going to be the same you when you die. And this is

1:01.1

where Buddhism comes in, right? Because the capacity to really stay in that deep tether to that

1:06.6

which never changes, while fully experiencing everything changing all the time right now

1:12.6

is a true masculine embodiment. Men want to love their partners really well. And then I think

1:18.7

what happens is they get confused because the things that they thought worked aren't working.
