0:39.0	Yesterday, Putin unilaterally declared them independent republics,
0:43.0	then directed Russian defense ministry to deploy troops in those regions.
0:48.0	Smart. He declares them independent.
0:51.0	And then when he sends troops in, he can technically say,
0:54.0	that's not an invasion of Ukraine, because that's not Ukraine anymore.
0:59.0	At this point, Putin's most important weapon is his sharpie.
1:03.0	So, why is Putin sending troops into a place that's not his country?
1:13.0	He claims it's to carry out peacekeeping functions.
1:17.0	And it's true. I keep this peace of Ukraine, I keep that peace of Ukraine.
1:22.0	I keep all the pieces of Ukraine. I am peacekeeping.
1:27.0	He's having, he's grabbing.
1:30.0	And these two regions could be just the beginning,
1:33.0	because he gave every indication that he wants the whole parogi.
