One of the deadliest drugs facing Americans these days is fentanyl, whose potency makes it a cheap way to boost the high of other recreational drugs.

Even the smallest amounts of the substance can turn a good time into the last time.

Thankfully, the nasal inhalant Narcan can save a person's life by quickly reversing the symptoms of a lethal drug overdose.

So why aren't more schools in public spaces making it available?
