And Jamie. Welcome to Messy. Today is a really exciting day for us because we have a brother in the fight today.

And I have a tendency to slip into the DMs of people that I admire.

And a couple years ago, when this brave, incredible human being that I've been watching on television for years,

who calms me or scares me, came out with his diagnosis of MS. I think I wrote and said,

I'm here. So, anyway, the incomparable, the incredible, the resilient, the stubborn John King of the CNN's and other things.

Wow. Yeah, it's only downhill from here. Can I go now? That was great. That was fantastic. Thanks for

having me. And just one quick point before you fire away is that what you did, I think then to me, because like Jamie,

I had hit my diagnosis for a long time, and that was a mistake. I now know that in hindsight,

that was a mistake because I denied myself support, and I also denied other people because we

have a platform. We're lucky. We have a platform, to whatever degree, there are people out there
