And it's a large white van driving on the wrong way on Valley View Avenue.

And they keep replaying earlier video that showed him trapped in a parking space.

It looked like in some kind of apartment development, not sure, but he was trapped

in a parking space and a cop car directly behind him, lights flashing, and he just goes forward,

backs up, forward backs up, forward backs up, maybe a dozen times, and eventually pushes the cop car

out of the way and then spins around and takes off.

I'd never seen that and the cop didn't do anything to stop him.
