it's state senator Brian Dolly from northern California a Republican he finished second in the

June primary so he is the only challenger on the ballot to Newsom we'll talk to him after

five o'clock well it was a week ago the big story here locally was the raid on the home of L.A.

County supervisor, Sheila Kuhle, along with one of her good friends, Patty Giggins, who runs a

nonprofit called Peace Over Violence. It all had to do with Metro, the buses and trains, Metro

for L.A. County and a contract they had with Giggins' nonprofit to run a sex

harassment hotline. Fox 11 had this story last year that it got almost no calls. The math was $8,000

a phone call. It looked very suspicious. Over $800,000 in contract money went out to Giggins and her nonprofit. So there were a lot

of questions and it eventually led to an investigation by the L.A. County Sheriff's Department,

which went out there with the judges okay to conduct the search. And the story came from a

whistleblower. Somebody who worked at Metro. She discovered the scam. Right. And my name of Jennifer Lowe.
