Sherman Oaks, a lot of insane homeless people. One of them in particular filled up a bag with his own feces, diarrhea,

and then through the bag at an SUV owned by a business owner named Paul Scrivano,

who runs the Blue Dog Tavern. And he's, Scravano is dealing with this particular guy

almost every day, along with a whole bunch of others.

And it's really, really psychotic behavior out there.
