and 10 days of wondering if a blackout was going to hit.

You had them idiotically announcing one week that they're going to ban the

gas-powered cars from being sold in this state, and then the next week saying, well, you can't

charge your electric cars, at least between four and nine o'clock, which is when people generally

come home from work. And the reason that they're in this corner that no other state is,

is they, as you know, a third of our energy or more comes from solar and wind,

and in late afternoon, the sun starts to set.
