remember this story. It happened last year to El Monte police officers shot and killed by a gang

member at a motel, domestic violence call. Justin Flores was the killer, and he was out

free on probation when he should have been in prison, but George Gascon's policies allowed him to run amok

instead of being in a state prison.

And now the Paredes family is filing a lawsuit of 25 billion in claims and against the probation

department and against Gascon.
