We're just calculating that if, in order to remember the Menendez brothers' murder back in

1989, to have any kind of a real memory of it, you got to be somewhere

between what, probably 45 years old? They got, they got convicted. They were tried twice

in the 90s, both convicted. The Menendez brothers are now in their 50s. They were teenagers who were, they say sexually abused by their father, Jose.

And eventually they killed Jose and their mother kitty.

And they claimed sexual abuses of defense.

Not that they didn't do it, but that they were pushed into it.

And they feared for their lives.

But the second jury didn't buy it.

And so they've been sitting in prison ever since.

Now they claim they've got evidence that shows the extent of their fear, the extent of the sexual abuse.

And they have Mark Garagos now on the case as their attorney.
