We've got an unusual guest on coming up in just moments.

Well, this person wants to remain at least partially anonymous and tells us that they were at the scene.

We'll find out how much of the scene where the emergency room doctor, Michael John Momone, was stabbed to death after he was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in Dana Point.

That's what we're talking about.

The guy in the car, Van Roy Evan Smith, and he was charged with murder not only for smashing his car into Mammon and the bike,

but also jumping out of his car and stabbing Mimon repeatedly with a large

long knife.

It's just impossible to understand what went on here.

Hit him from behind, and the only question I asked was this driver on drugs.

Why would you get this worked up?

Tell us what you saw.

I was driving up PCH going north.

I was stopped at a stoplight, and about four cars back, I could see a bike fly up in front of me over the view and the car in front.

And we slowly start to pull forward and the light turns green.

And I see the bicyclist laying face down in the middle of the intersection.

And two guys pinning the, I guess, the assailant on the side of the road.

So I pull over and I hop out of my car, run over, and I get on him as well.
