We're going to talk to a DA standing up to Gavin Newsom and the crazy people in Sacramento

who pass all of these horrible criminal justice reform laws.

This one will take us back away. A.B. 109. It was passed back in the year 2011.

We call it the prisoner dumping bill, which basically says, don't send them back to state

prison. If they commit something on probation and parole, you deal with them county locally,

and usually that's like a couple of days in January. Yeah, well, one of these criminals got let out

early and killed a cop in Northern California. And Selma in Fresno County.

We're going to talk to the Fresno County DA in one hour.

We're going to start, though, with this horrible story out of Orange County that occurred the other day

when an emergency room doctor, 58 years old bicycling on Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point,

was struck by a car.

It looks like the car went through a red light.

Now, that's not that unusual, even though it's horrible.

The doctor later died.

The driver got out and stabbed the doctor to death.

This is really awful.

It almost makes me, when I was thinking about earlier,

they're having such weird stories lately.

Is this the beginning of some sort of brain virus?

It's going to start taking over the, you know,

like the Tesla driver, smashing people's cars.
