AB5. Who remembers what AB5 is? Anybody? It's the legacy of Lorena Gonzalez from the legislature

in Sacramento. And that was the one that was trying to turn independent people into full-time

employees of companies that really didn't want to have that.

And workers who really don't want it either.

They like the freedom of being independent.

And that's what the protest was about as the truckers slowed down considerably to vent their anger.
