On November 30th, 1949, Timothy Evans entered the police station in the small Welsh town of Myrithel Titville.

Walking up to the detective on duty, Evans said, quote, I have disposed of my wife, unquote.

When the detective asked what precisely he meant by that, Timothy replied, quote,
