Welcome to Bible Stories. We are your hosts. We got your boy Matt. Hello. Hey, Matt. My name is Todd,

two ministers, slash buds, slash inside boys who love telling the stories of the

Bible. And today we cannot wait to share another one with you. In fact, today we're

going to actually hear from the words of Jesus via the New Testament. Matt, would you

mind taking this away? I'd love to. Today we're going to be in John

chapter three. And one of the all time classic stories from the scripture one that if you

grew up in Sunday school, you probably cut some pieces of paper out to make these

shapes of these two guys. You might have sung a song about them. You certainly have memorized

scripture probably the most well memorized scripture. Most well-known scripture is from this passage,

which is a conversation between Nicodemus and Jesus. Matt, I learned about this via

a felt board. Oh, yeah, man. Felt boards are very expensive, my dude. They are. I feel like

they're so vintage that they're the price has gone up in them. We'll have a little

behind the curtain here. Todd, you and I looked at maybe doing some kind of felt board

videos for Bible Stories at one point. And I looked and we had to drop hundreds of dollars

to get a felt board. And the piece is necessarily doing to do the still action movement. Man,

goodness. We love you guys. We do. But we just didn't have it in us to do that. No, I don't love

anybody a whole felt board worth. No, never ever. Well, let's jump into this this talk. The setting

is night. This is a nighttime. And this is in the scriptures associated with different things.

When we say it's night, what does that mean? What was often associated with secrecy? And certainly
