mechanism was a piece of policy that was codified

in the 2015 JCPOA, enabling any party of the deal to install or reinstate all pre-2015 sanctions

against the Islamic Republic,

should the regime not complying with its set of obligations?

And that is exactly where we're headed right now.

So it is very critical for Tehran to decide within 30 days or so.

So pretty much until the end of September,

the Islamic Republic needs to decide whether they will, in fact,
