Of course. I'm so blown away by what you've built. And as I said before we jumped on this pod, man,

congratulations and everything. You guys are revolutionizing the

short term rental market and how you like to say vertically integrating the entire experience

but for people that may not know what wander is i'd love for you to give a high overview of what

it is your building just so the people understand. Yeah, absolutely.

So you can kind of think about Wander as basically the Apple of vacation rentals.

Now, obviously, that's like a big statement.

So not trying to compare us to Apple as an 18-month-old company.

But really trying to sort of allow people to think about the integration part of it.

So how Apple owns the Apple or the hardware and the software, Wander does the same except with homes.

So unlike other short-term rental platforms like various OTAs like Airbnb or VRBO, for example,

where they're a marketplace and you kind of get put into any home, when you go and download Wander, all of the homes on the platform are owned and operated by us.

And that lets us do a lot of really cool things like turning on and off the lights with your phone or accessing the Tesla in the garage or controlling your eight sleep or whatever that looks like.

And so all the homes are consistent quality and experience and really unified under this

one vertical strategy.

I love that.
