Our guest is John Anderson, who used to be my neighbor.

He's recently moved, not very far away, but still moved.

I was in the state presidency here in my stake.

It was an entrepreneur, I guess still an entrepreneur, started a business, sold it, but now has for quite some time worked with LDS

philanthropies, which I think ties in really well with our topic for today. And I have always,

I miss having him, not that I'm not very happy with the state presidency

as it is now, but I miss being able to hear from President Anderson regularly because he has a

gift for explaining the scriptures and making them real in our lives, which is what made me want to

reach out to him. And I think that this will be a great discussion.
