We are in the fastest growing county, fastest growing city in the United States of America.

Here's my big question, we're in lovely Scottsdale, Arizona. Why is everyone moving here?

Why? Because it's sunny. Here's what happens during the winter. Everybody who lives up north, they come down here, they go go outside they realize it's not California

and then they move here that's our secret that's how we are growing our city people

come here and they love the sunshine how many of you moved here in large part because of the sunshine?

How many of you loved the sunshine?

How many of you liked the sunshine?

I moved here almost three years ago and prior to that I lived in one of the darkest

juriest cities in America.
