1:05.6	It has been rightly said that prayer is not giving God orders,
1:10.1	but it is reporting for duty. In our study in
1:13.7	John Chapter 17, we have been listening in to a prayer of Jesus where he is doing just that. Jesus is
1:21.0	reporting for duty to the Father. And more specifically, Jesus is giving a report to the Father about his ministry.
1:29.3	We can learn much about our own ministry from the example given by Jesus.
1:34.2	So let's now join Pastor John and listen to Jesus as he talks to the Father.
1:40.0	Jesus here in John 17 is giving an account of his life, of his ministry to the Father, only
1:46.5	hours before he is to be crucified.
1:48.8	He knows the time has come.
1:51.0	And here we have a glorious opportunity to eaves drop in on the prayer of Jesus that he is offering
1:58.6	to the Father giving an account of his life and of his ministry.
