Did you know that you are ordained for ministry?

That's right, you have the privilege of ministering to the

Lord and for the Lord. How do we know this? Because Jesus said so. In our study in John

15, Jesus not only makes this declaration about ministry, but he also calls us his friend.

Well, let's go ahead and join Pastor John for

our study and listen to the words of Jesus to us. Not only am I telling you what's going on

and what's coming down, but I'm ordaining you to be involved in ministry presently. Did you know

you're ordained? If you're his friend,

if you're born again, and doing the thing that he commanded, that is loving, you're ordained.

Whether or not you've been credentialed by some ordination counsel, that's irrelevant.

You are ordained just as much as Billy Graham or Jerry Falwell or Charles Swindall or whoever you might think of, you're ordained.

So then what is ordination when we put a reverent in front of the clergy's name?
