and sadness over Prince's sudden death at the age of, at the age of only 57. Prince's ex-wife and the mother

of his only child speaks out about his tragic death that she's seen sobbing after learning the news.

I mean, you just don't expect it, do you?

I'm expecting a lot of sobbing when I go, I think.

Well, you're mildly sobbing, you know, stick an onion or something, and then that'll work.

And inside his emotional last concert, he performed many of his biggest hits,

and even closed it out with Purple Rain.

As I say, because I wasn't a fan, I don't really understand all the adulation to him.

I just thought he was another soul singer who was obviously quite successful.

But kept changing his name, didn't he?

He couldn't quite work out who he was half the time.

That's right.

He was the artist formerly known as Prince.

Then he became symbol as well.
