under the skin from lumbinary media this week I spoke with Joe Wicks.

Joe is a fitness coach also known as the body coach.

He started off his career by posting 15 second recipe videos on social media and he soon grew

to become one of the most followed fitness accounts on Instagram. His first

published cookbook, Lean and 15, 15 minute meals was a bestseller in 2015

having sold 900,000 copies.

During this coronavirus pandemic lockdown he's begun a daily morning YouTube

live stream called PE with Joe to try and help children stay active. He live, his live stream has been viewed by

by millions and he has around half a million live viewers every morning.

I mean that's unbelievable isn't it?

Joe is now interested in the role of exercise,

the exercise plays in maintaining good mental health

rather than weight loss or looking lean.

What an evolution it's been for Joe Wicks.

What wonderful conversation it was to participate in, even though as I've shared many times,

it is like looking through a misty mirror into a past where I, instead of picking up crack, I picked up a dumb bill.

He's as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside that Joe Wicks.
