this woman on Joe, since I knew she

had a new book releasing. This New York Times bestselling author is one of the most clever writers

I know. She's also just good people. I like her so much. I practically stalked her until she

became my friend. You'll hear about that when you listen to the show. Listen, I'm not ashamed.

Melanie is funny and also she loves Jesus, which makes for such a fierce combination. We have

daughters of the same age in common and several other things we also discuss, one poignant,

one we commiserate together about. And for all you children of the 80s, we've got conversation just for you. I mean it.

We hit parenting, fashion, publishing, the internet, dogs, Jesus. I'm not sure there's much we

Okay, Melanie, you should know that I have very few bucket list items in life, but being your friend is one of them.

Well, I mean, I think number one, you've already achieved that because you are my friend.

Because I'm going to tell you how even though we've never met in person, here's how I know you're

my friend, is that two days ago I was on Amazon and I was looking for new workout socks and I found

these no show socks that are compression socks. And I immediately thought Lisa Whittle would love these socks.

I wonder if she knows about these socks. And so, and that's how you know somebody is your friend, even if you haven't met them yet when you're ordering socks on Amazon and wonder if they know about them. Yes. Okay. Now, the next step we need to make in our friendship is you text me the link for the socks. Then then that's next level of friendship, I feel.
