honest voice, Rebecca Lyons is someone I just flat out like. She's been honest about her own

battles to overcome anxiety and depression, and we talk about that, plus something near and dear

to both of our hearts, our daddies who went to heaven almost exactly one year apart. Other

Rebecca, I'm so excited to talk with you today, but I have to admit I wish it were in person because you and I have not gotten nearly enough FaceTime together, in my opinion.

I agree.

I think you have always been one of those people that when I see you from afar, I'm like, I want to just basically pull her in and sneak away for coffee and give her a long hug and be like, I feel like we're kindreds.

It's the truth. I mean, I feel the same way. And I, it's like a frustration in me because I see you and I'm like, we need time. So first of all, tell me about Joy, your newest

baby girl. Has bringing her into your family just been such a ride? Oh, for sure. Yes, in every

way. She's a joy bomb. Like literally she wakes up in the morning and she'll come out and we're

just like putzing around in the kitchen. She'll be like, hello, and she can't even open her eyes yet.

They're like matted with her sleepy goo, and she's like, hello, and, you know, just totally

barely squinting, but the biggest smile on her face, I have never met a person like her in that

it's just stinking contagious. It just is what it is.

And so I feel like it's the best therapy I've ever had.
