Joe Saxton is back today, and she's dropping some epic wisdom with that amazing accent of hers.

We talk about that accent actually and how Americans obsess over it, along with leadership,

comparison, collaboration, and I asked her about something I really wanted her to speak into,

the delicate balance of holding both genders in high regard in the midst of some interesting

times in which we live.

Do you find it almost annoying that people like me with a regular old boring accent,

fan girl over your accent all the time?

Is it annoying? It's not annoying. It is

entertaining. And I think I've lived in the States about 15 years and there has not been a

week in 15 years where it's not mentioned in some way. Well, I mean, here's the thing,

and I believe that, but I've often said that you with accents like that

have an advantage because you can say certain things and they sound way cooler. And I actually
