I'm Lisa Whittle, and I welcome you to just five minutes with me, which I trust and pray will be

five minutes well spent. I so appreciated the word author and pastor Kyle Idomen brought

on our show yesterday, and today's interview with him proved to be rich in inspiration and encouragement as well.

We talked about his new book, Don't Give Up, and we also talked about something I struggle with, having patience with God when his timing doesn't match mine.

Early on in our conversation, we discovered a fun connection, and I had a hunch Kyle

might love one of my favorite TV shows of all time, so I asked him about it, and by the way,

I was right. It was truly a great few minutes talking with my new friend, Kyle Eidleman, and

So, Kyle, first things first, since we've never met before, I have to tell you, I stalked your Instagram.

I found out this one thing.

You're not much of a poster.

No, I wish I was better. I try. I have these moments where I'm

like, okay, I'll do it. And then it just lasted a day or two. And ironically, I give up pretty easily

on social media. Well, you just didn't give me much to go on. You had a real break there between 2016 and and then you reemerge

in 2018 so i like to keep people guessing a little bit of curious who is this guy i like it well
