| 0:44.2 | I don't like them all. But here are some that I do like and I want to tell you about them and why. |
| 0:49.0 | So here we go. So remember, these are books on my stack right now that I'm either teaching things out of or reading or have read recently and want to share with you. |
| 1:02.2 | Number one, the seven principles of public speaking by Richard Zioly. |
| 1:07.3 | Now, a couple of things. |
| 1:08.9 | I started reading this book because it's the class book for the students |
| 1:12.5 | I'm teaching from for the Refuge Discipleship School this semester in my speaking 101 class. |
| 1:17.7 | I'm having such a blast doing that, by the way, and I actually went in thinking I might change |
| 1:22.0 | this book to another one that I like, but I wound up really liking what I read in here, |
| 1:26.5 | so I kept it. Before you dismiss me, |
| 1:29.0 | if you aren't a speaker, please hear me out. All of us need to learn to communicate better. |
| 1:33.5 | I really believe that. I'm a big believer in really honing in on communicating better to people. |
| 1:39.8 | And this book gives great insight into how to best communicate. |
| 1:44.8 | Certainly, if you are a speaker and you do speak from a stage, I would recommend getting this book. |
