show and thank you for bringing your wisdom here several years ago I interviewed Stephen Arterburn on my radio show, and he said something that

grief, that we've all walked through hurts, disappointments, and losses, and we've not slowed down

long enough to heal from them. Well, I not only pondered that

thought, I started to ask other professionals, doctors, and counselors, is this true? And 100% they said

absolutely yes. And what I learned, as I say in the book, is what happens in our soul, happens in

ourselves, that when we have losses and hurts and we stuff them down and we numb out, our body absorbs them,

our body holds on to them, and they push out into our physiology.

In fact, I had a counselor friend who said she and her colleagues are seeing women come in mass to

their office with all these crazy physical symptoms, only to spend some time sorting through
