And look, to me, the reason that this is such a thing, a situation, capital S, really has nothing to do with how we feel about podcasting as an industry or what Joe Rogan does.

It is, I think, that people are tired of feeling judged about COVID.

You know, in my community, I think a lot about this idea where people are saying, I just want things to be normal again.

But here, things are pretty normal. You can have a really normal day here. And I think what people mean when they say, I'm just ready for things to get back to normal is, I can have a pretty normal day and not feel judged about it.
