It's actually really cold today. I'm out walking.

But as I realised, the sound quality was really bad on the last episode because I hadn't actually turned on the mic I had attached to me.

So this will be beautiful in comparison. I apologise.

So I'm walking up a hill. It's a very, very gentle incline. You wouldn't know it. It gets you out of breath. And I'm pretty healthy, I think. Well, you know, on the whole, How are you all? It's been very lovely hearing from you all this week.

We've got a real smorgasbord of messages and emails, which speaks to perhaps the topics of late.

Because we had Joe Leicitt on last week, being really funny.

But also talking about very personal, serious stuff, which I love about Joe.

But then we've just, do you know what?

It's just been a really interesting load of messages about prostate health coming through still.

People really connecting with that.

People also commenting lots about a Zenpick.

Now there's a car coming towards me.

So let's see.

It's a neighbour.
