First of all, happy new year, my friends. It's officially 2019, and I'm

here for it and grateful to God for that, aren't you? I'm also so excited to welcome you to the very

first Jesus Over Everything show and also our very first interview show we're featuring on Joe,

our nickname behind the scenes for Jesus over everything

sometimes, kind of appropriate, I think, because a lot of you listen in the morning, so it's literally

your morning Joe with your cup of Joe. But I want to get to the interview today because these

interviews are a little longer than our usual five-minute shows. We will always go about 15 minutes, and today's show

features my dear friend Wendy Speak, an author, a speaker, a wife and a mom of three boys.

But I'm having her on today for a very specific reason, which she'll tell you about in just a

minute. But listen, it's January 1. I know a lot of us are making resolutions, and a lot of those

involve food. I want you to know that what Wendy is going to talk about, and by the way,
