A theme that is often discussed on the podcast is checking your ego.

Forgive me if I have missed the answer to this question previously.

The question is, although I understand the strategic benefits of checking my ego,

I also believe that there's a certain continuum that exists of when owning my actions and maybe being ego-tisical might prove beneficial.

This is a two-part question.

As there are certain scenarios that have arose in my professional career where I felt it was to my detriment that I checked my ego.
