So I am super excited to be delving deeper into it in this course.

So I thought that today I would just share a little bit of a reflection on the voice and how I see our relationship to it

and how we can open up maybe a more positive, flowing, juicy relationship to the voice. So what is the voice?

I really think of it as a space of opening. That's how we bring our ideas, our vision, our beauty from the inside to the outside.

It's how we expel like breath, what is deep within us. The voice is how we come into

knowing who we truly are. but at the same time,

it's also how we express who we truly are. It's a space of worship, a space of dreaming, a space of

loving, a space of exploration, and a space of loving, a space of exploration and a space of trusting. The voice is a space where you don't

know what you're going to say. And then in the process of speaking in the process of expressing,

you find out what you want to say. I think that is one of the most

important things to understand. That is where so many of us get blocked. You don't know what

you're going to say, what you're going to express first. It's not that you

figure out what you want to say and then you open up the channel. You have to open up the
