As we move deeper into our exploration of this season's theme of coming home, I want to talk about the

idea of honoring yourself. And maybe we can start simply by defining the word, honor.

So in this context, we are talking about regarding yourself with respect or fulfilling an agreement with yourself.

To me, this is a really fundamental part of feeling at home with yourself,
